1. Scope of Application

This privacy policy applies exclusively to business relationships. Our online store and services are intended solely for business customers (B2B) within the meaning of § 14 BGB and Article 2(2)(c) of the GDPR. We do not process personal data of consumers (private individuals).

2. General Information

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obligated to provide your data. Failure to provide the data will not have any consequences.

"Personal data" refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

3. Server Log Files

You may visit our website without disclosing personal information. Every time you access our site, your browser transmits usage data, which is recorded in server log files. These may include: the page visited, date and time of access, IP address, amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider.

This processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and serves our legitimate interest in ensuring a stable and secure website experience.

Your data may be transferred to third countries outside the EU, including Canada and the USA. Canada is subject to an adequacy decision by the European Commission. For the USA, an adequacy decision under the Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework (TADPF) is in place. However, Shopify is not currently certified under TADPF. Data transfers are therefore based on contractual safeguards equivalent to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
