How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address.
What payment methods do you offer?
We only offer "pay by invoice" with a payment term of 30 days. Payments can be made conveniently by bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice. The invoice will be sent to you via email after your order has been shipped.
How long does delivery take?
We ship on weekdays within 24 to 48 hours of order acceptance.
The delivery time within Germany is usually 1 to 5 working days.
For deliveries to other European countries, delivery can take between 5 and 14 working days, depending on the destination country.
My customer is missing a piece, what now?
Unfortunately, missing pieces can always happen. In most cases, these can be replaced. To do this, we need a picture of the finished puzzle and the address where the piece should be sent (please email orders@piecelypuzzles.com). If we can't replace a piece, you'll receive a credit for the puzzle and can refund the customer the purchase price.
